- Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client before the commencement of the service, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any incurred costs.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Maintenance & Support services that have been provided as per the agreement.
- Any costs related to third-party services or products procured on behalf of the client.
